Dear parents,
1. Weekly Chinese Lesson Update
(1) We have completed Hanyu Pinyin teaching & learning. We spent this week on revision. In the coming week, we will continue to do more revision for the coming Hanyu Pinyin test. You are encouraged to help your child revise on Hanyu Pinyin at home to get them well prepared for their first Chinese test.
(2) We had Chinese spelling 5 on this Thursday. The spelling books have been returned for correction and parent signature today. Please sign in ink and let your child pass back to me on Monday. The following children managed to score full mark: Caitlin low, Chui Yingwei, Jeryn Cheong, Lam Yan Yee, Victoria Lok, Jarryl Ng, Jarryl Tsai, Joash Low, Low Jian Cheng, Russell Soh and Titus Tay. Well Done!
(3) For those who have not completed the booklet “汉语拼音我最行”, due date is 13 April, Monday.
2. Outings in coming week
(1) Movie outing on Tuesday.
Reporting time and dismissal time remain unchanged (same as usual). Children should bring their jackets, water bottles and light snacks in a small bag. They will have two recess: 8:15am-8:40am and 12:20pm-12:45pm. Lessons resumes after 12.45am.
(2) Visiting Goat Farm on Thursday.
Reporting time and dismissal time remain unchanged (same as usual). Children should bring their water bottles and light snacks in a small bag. They will have two recess: 8:15am-8:40am and 10:50am-11:20am. Lessons resumes after 11.20am.
3. Others: Next Friday (10 April) is Good Friday. No school!
