Re: Submission of Travel Declaration Form
All parents with children studying in Nanyang Primary School are to take note:
Please go to the school website http://www.nyps.moe.edu.sg to:
1)take a look at the Communication Note.
2)download and complete the travel declaration form from the school website. After which, please email the form to your child’s form teacher by 10pm Wednesday, 24 June. 1F parents please email it to me: zhou_jing@nyps.edu.sg
Returning declaration form through email to form teachers is meant for data collection. Pupils are STILL required to bring the signed travel declaration form to school on Monday, 29th June, as the forms will be checked and collected by form teachers.
A NIL REPLY IS REQUIRED.
