Weekly Update - Term 4 week 8

Dear Parents,

There are a number of things you need to take note before school closure:

1. I have finished teaching the CME lessons for P1. All CME (Moral Education) books have been returned to your child today.

2. There will be no school on 16 Nov (Mon) because many children are involved in the Chinese Musical performance. If you are interested in watching this performance, tickets can be purchased from General Office.

3. Report books will be given to children on 17 Nov. kindly sign your name on the result slip and let your child return the report book to me on 18 Nov.

4. Last day of school is 19 Nov (Thu). Only prize winners (Model pupils and Top 5 of the class) need to come to school to attend the Prize Giving Ceremony on 20 Nov (Fri). Prize winners will receive invitation letters a few days before the ceremony.

5. For pupils who have sashes with them, please kindly wash the sash during this weekend and return it to me on coming Monday. For pupils who lost the sash, kindly pay $8 to me on Monday. I need to return all sashes to school and pay the fines for missing sashes.

6. We will have a class outing to QianHu Fish Farm on 17 Nov. Consent forms will be given to your child on coming Monday. Please remember to sign on the form and pay $5.50 (including two way transport, educational tour and fishing in the fish farm) to me on Tue. I will need PVs for this event. Kindly indicate your interest to be PV for this outing on the reply slip.

7. Travel Form was given to your child yesterday, please kindly fill in your holiday travel plan and submit to me on Monday. If you cannot find the form from your child, you can download it from the school website.

8. Please remind your child to clear his/her locker and bring all belongings home in the coming week.
