Mathematics Updates.

Dear parents,

The children have started on Unit 5 (Number Showing Positions).

For this unit, the pupils will learn how to name and show positions in numerals and words (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth).

We will also be starting the next unit (Numbers to 20) this week. You can start preparing your child for this unit by getting him/her to learn how to write numbers 11 to 20 in words.

Please have your child to bring their Shaping Maths Activity Book 1A Part 2 and Maths Process Skills Booklet 1 and Booklet 2 if he/she has not done so.
